The Parish is blessed to have a strong Catechist team which is based on a 'buddy' system engaging two teachers for each class.
Would you be interested to join this dynamic team of parishioners in a very rewarding ministry?
In 2012 not only have Catholic scripture enrolments increased but some of our valued catechists are unable to continue teaching. We are seeking volunteers for both public schools served by the parish to come on board immediately.
Previous experience is not essential, only a wish to share your faith with young people and work in a team. Training and on-going support are provided by the Parish and the CCD, at archdiocesan level. We are looking forward to another lively year of learning, prayer and sharing our faith.
