Melbourne Cup fever is here again and next weekend 29 & 30 October, all 3 parishes will be selling Trifecta tickets after all of the masses. This is how it will be run.
1. Each ticket costs $2.00.
2. Each ticket contains 3 numbers from 1 to 24.
3. The winning ticket (worth $500) contains the 3 numbers that fill 1st, 2nd, 3rd places (in ANY order).
4. No refunds for scratchings or any other reason that reduces the field below 24 runners.
5. In the event of a dead-heat for 3rd place, prize money will be shared.
6. Winning ticket must be presented before 30th November, 2011, to claim the prize. Good luck!
