A number of Parishioners have offered to run a Lenten Group in their home over a period of 5 weeks during Lent, following the Brisbane Archdiocese program, Heart to Heart. The program will be available to all Parishioners who wish to participate.

Main points about Lenten Home Groups:
Groups are meeting on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings and Tuesday at midday
Group leaders will contact members to advise venue address and start date.
Most groups meet in week beginning Sunday 13 March for 5 meetings, until Palm
Sunday
Books and CDs will be ordered by the parish. $10 per member will cover the cost of
these. Group leaders will collect monies at the first meeting and pass on to the parish.

We would like to expand the "welcome" that is an essential part of our Mission Statement as Parish.
A special focus this year of the Parish is the involvement of the laity in the church.
Another goal is that as Parish and as individuals, we would extend a welcome to those who are normally not part of our parish community.
Home is where the church begins - the place where family and community grows and develops, the place where our friends are made especially welcome.
